In short

This is a static site: it places no cookies, uses no analytics tools, and asks you to fill in no forms.

We therefore collect no personal information through this site. The only data we process is what you voluntarily send us when booking a meeting or writing to us by email.

Data controller

ACENSI Canada - 261 rue Saint-Jacques, suite 500, Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1M6.

For any question regarding the protection of your personal information: dsi-ca@acensi.ca

AI agent demonstrations

The messages you type into the agent demonstration window are sent to a server we operate, to generate a reply within each agent's scripted scope. No message is retained after the request is processed. Without an AI model configured for this mockup, the server picks the reply from a set of pre-written answers, with no call to an external provider; if a model is configured, the message is also passed to that provider (Google, United States) to generate a reply that stays bounded to the same scope.

Booking a meeting

The Contact page redirects you to Microsoft Bookings, a third-party service operated by Microsoft. The information you enter there (name, email, meeting purpose) is processed by Microsoft under its own terms, then passed on to us so we can arrange the meeting.

That information is used solely to respond to your request. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data sovereignty in production

This policy covers the present marketing site. In a real Symetis deployment, the infrastructure is hosted in Québec and processing is governed contractually, in accordance with Law 25, the GDPR and PIPEDA.

Third-party services loaded by this site

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That request sends your IP address to Google's servers. No cookie is placed by this loading.

The home page embeds a video hosted on acensi.group.

Your rights (Law 25)

Under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to access, correct, withdraw consent for, port and delete the personal information concerning you.

To exercise these rights, write to commerce@acensi.ca. We will respond within the timeframes set out by law.
