All of Symetis' infrastructure is physically hosted in Québec, in Canadian data centres. No data is transferred outside Canada.
Is Symetis compliant with Law 25?
Yes. Symetis is designed for compliance with Québec's Law 25, the European GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA: hosting in Québec, encryption at rest and in transit, no transfer outside Canada.
Can the models be installed in our own infrastructure?
Yes. Symetis deploys the best open-source models directly inside your infrastructure, or hosts them for you in Québec. Either way, your data stays under your control.
What security certifications cover Symetis' infrastructure?
The infrastructure is ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality) certified, audited SOC 2 Type II, and HIPAA-ready for the most sensitive sectors (health, personal data), on top of Law 25, GDPR and PIPEDA compliance.
